Job summary

WNS (Part of Capgemini) in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Associate to handle end-to-end airline reservations and ticketing for domestic and international travel. The role involves issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets, along with managing name changes and PNR services using Amadeus and Sabre GDS.

The candidate should have 1–5 years of airline ticketing experience, be capable of interpreting fare rules, and work in rotational shifts with two offs. On-site position at Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing or reservations.
• Experience with Amadeus and Sabre GDS (Cryptic Version).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (24x7) with 2 rotational offs.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end airline reservations and ticketing requests for domestic and international travel.
• Process ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, refunds, voids, and cancellations.
• Manage voluntary and involuntary ticket changes as per airline fare rules and policies.
• Perform name corrections/name changes in accordance with airline guidelines.
• Create, modify, and service PNRs using Amadeus and Sabre GDS (Cryptic Version).
• Interpret fare rules, penalties, and exchange calculations accurately.
• Handle schedule changes, queue management, and disruption-related bookings.
• Ensure compliance with client, airline, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high-quality service while meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal stakeholders to resolve complex ticketing issues.
