Responsibilities

• Manage corporate travel operations and complex ticketing.
• Work with GDS Sabre and Amadeus to fulfill air and hotel bookings.
• Prepare and present Weekly Business Reviews to clients.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality, and compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

WNS (Part of Capgemini) is hiring experienced Travel Operations professionals for an exciting opportunity in Mumbai.

Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai

Position: Assistant Manager Operations

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities & Skills

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Corporate Travel Operations and expertise in:

Working knowledge of GDS Sabre and Amadeus

Experience with a Global Travel Management Company (TMC)

Strong understanding of corporate travel operations and complex ticketing

Hands-on experience in Air & Hotel fulfillment

Queue Management and BSP/ARC reconciliation

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets, including pivots, formulas, and dashboards

Ability to prepare and present Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) to clients

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, quality, and compliance

Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions

Exposure to team handling, performance management, and cross-functional coordination

Preferred Qualifications

IATA Certification / Diploma in Travel preferred

Graduate in any discipline
