Job summary

Tripjack in Mumbai is seeking a Travel Consultant / Sr. Travel Consultant with 2-7 years of experience to manage international ticketing, amendments, reissues, and refunds in line with airline policies.

You will work with leading GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre), apply fare rules, coordinate with airlines for waivers and schedule changes, and ensure accurate documentation, SLA/TAT adherence, and effective communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of domestic and international air ticketing experience.
• Hands-on experience in reissues, refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes.
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules and penalties.
• Proficiency in GDS: Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle international flight amendments including date changes, reissues, rerouting, cancellations, refunds, and name corrections as per airline policies.

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
