Job summary

Ienergizer in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Support Executive for Airlines Process to handle end-to-end travel queries and provide world-class travel support. The role includes reservations, ticketing, and post-booking services in an on-site environment.

The ideal candidate has graduation, strong English skills, and experience with GDS platforms like Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre. Rotational shifts including weekends/night hours are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream (mandatory).
• Prior experience in Airline Process / Travel Industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails and chats.
• Manage airline reservations, ticketing, re-scheduling and cancellations.
• Resolve baggage queries, refunds, and other travel-related support.
• Provide accurate fare information, flight schedules and ticket status.
• Work on GDS systems, primarily Amadeus, for reservations and ticketing.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction per quality and compliance guidelines.
• Update CRM with accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Meet performance metrics: AHT, FCR and CSAT.

Job Description Customer Support Executive (Airlines Process)

1. Position DetailsRole:

Location: AKR Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Rotational shifts including weekends, nights & holidays

CTC: 36,000 per annum + Performance-based incentives

2. About the Role

Handle end-to-end airline customer queries

Ensure world-class travel support experience for passengers

Support across reservations, ticketing, and post-booking services

3. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Manage airline reservations, ticketing, re-scheduling & cancellations

• Work on GDS systems, primarily Amadeus, for reservations & ticketing
