Job summary

Think People Solutions seeks a senior Learning & Development leader to design scalable frameworks across classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training for apparel and retail teams. You will create role-based programs for Store Managers, Retail Associates/Stylists and Supply Chain, deploy LMS/LXP platforms, and drive ROI through analytics and agile learning methods.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• 34+ years of experience in Apparel, Fashion Retail, D2C or Consumer industry.
• Strong experience in Retail/Store/Frontline Training and multi-location workforce development.
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP, digital learning and assessment tools.
• Experience in competency mapping, learning analytics and training ROI.
• Proven ability to scale L&D initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
