Job summary

Think People Solutions seeks a senior Learning & Development professional to design and implement scalable L&D frameworks across classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training for multi-location apparel retail and consumer teams.

You will develop role-based programs for store managers and frontline staff, implement LMS/LXP platforms, and introduce micro-learning and digital playbooks to boost performance and ROI.

• Track training effectiveness and L&D ROI against business metrics such as AOV, customer satisfaction and conversion.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop leadership and career development programs for retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• 34+ years of experience in Apparel, Fashion Retail, D2C or Consumer industry.
• Strong experience in Retail/Store/Frontline Training and multi-location workforce development.
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP, digital learning and assessment tools.
• Experience in competency mapping, learning analytics and training ROI.
• Proven ability to scale L&D initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
