Responsibilities

• Develop and execute L&D strategy aligned with business priorities and capability gaps.
• Design and facilitate ILT, VILT & Outbound Training (OBT) programs.
• Lead leadership development, behavioural and managerial capability-building initiatives.
• Conduct TNA/TNI and create blended learning journeys.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness, ROI/ROE and business impact using analytics.
• Leverage AI/GenAI for content creation, personalized learning, assessments, skill-gap analysis and insights.
• Manage learning vendors, budgets and end-to-end program execution.
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and emerging learning technologies.
