Job summary

Naprod Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced Business Development professional for API sales in LATAM and CIS markets (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico).

The role requires 7–10 years in BD, revenue ownership, and strong knowledge of General, Onco (small volume) and Sterile APIs. The candidate should have worked with an API manufacturing organization, knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements, and be able to travel 7–8 times per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in BD for API in LATAM/CIS markets, mainly Brazil, Argentina, Mexico.
• Directly responsible for revenue generation.
• Knowledge of General, Onco (small volume) and Sterile API product range and market dynamics.
• Experience with an API manufacturing organization.
• Knowledge of LATAM market: Top 10 customers, regulatory requirements.
• Proficient English communication and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work in uncertain/unstructured environments with contingency plans.
• Willing to travel 7–8 times per year.
• Must have travelled 2–3 times to LATAM countries.
• Experience in small volume API business development.
• Customer satisfaction rating of 4+ in LATAM market.

• Knowledge of General, Onco (small volume) and Sterile API Product range related to market share, market/product penetration, competitor’s positioning, expected growth for product segment etc
• Currently or have worked in past with API manufacturing organization
• Knowledge of LATAM market in terms of TOP 10 customers, Top & Bottom selling products, regulatory requirements, upcoming changes in local govt policies etc
• Good in English written and verbal communication. Pleasing personality & Presentation Skills. Displaying required professional outlook.
• Able to work in uncertain /unstructured environment with Plan B/C working
• Must be ready to travel around 7 to 8 times a year.
• Must have travelled min 2-3 times to LATAM Countries
• Qualification : B .Pharma / MBA
• Experience of small volume API business development
• Customer Satisfaction rating of 4 and above of LATAM market
