Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents as per business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong agency/agent network.
• Train and motivate agents on life insurance products, sales processes, and company policies.
• Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop sales strategies to increase agent productivity and premium income.
• Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews with agents.
• Identify potential customers and support agents in lead generation and conversion.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, policy issuance, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and continuously activate inactive agents.
• Track sales performance, renewal business, persistency, and agent productivity.
