Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. in Haridwar invites dynamic sales professionals to recruit and onboard insurance advisors, train them on health insurance products and sales techniques, and achieve monthly and annual targets through the agency channel.

You will conduct field activities, build long-term advisor and customer relationships, monitor productivity, and drive growth through performance incentives and development programs.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 year of experience in sales, preferably insurance, banking, finance, telecom, or FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities with team-handling ability.
• Willingness to do field sales.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
