Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. is hiring for a field sales role to recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents. You will train and mentor advisors on health insurance products and sales techniques while driving monthly and annual sales targets through the agency channel.

You will conduct field activities, attend customer meetings, and run sales campaigns, while monitoring advisor productivity and building long-term relationships with advisors and customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 years of experience in sales, preferably insurance, banking, finance, telecom, or FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities with team-handling ability.
