Job summary

Expertie invites an Educational Mentor to guide students through academic and career choices with clarity. The role blends mentorship, counselling, and calling-based sales to help applicants navigate admissions and stay engaged with families.

You will counsel on courses, colleges, and preparation, build rapport with students and parents, and ensure accurate CRM documentation while collaborating with counselling and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in Hindi and English.
• Ability to simplify concepts and explain options clearly.
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Goal-oriented, consistent, and disciplined.
• Strong calling and follow-up approach is mandatory.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
• Freshers are welcome if communication is strong.

Interview process
