Job summary

SSSi Tutoring Service is seeking an Admission Counsellor with 2–3 years of experience to guide students and parents through our online tutoring and study-abroad offerings. You will understand each student’s goals, explain the right program clearly, and support them from first enquiry through to enrolment.

You will handle enquiries via calls, chats and walk-ins; explain courses, fees, process and timelines clearly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with students and parents.
• Familiarity with online tutoring programs and study-abroad processes.
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on suitable online tutoring or study-abroad options.
• Handle enquiries via calls, chats and walk-ins; explain courses, fees, process and timelines clearly.
• Guide students through the application/enrolment process, including documentation where relevant.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Address doubts and concerns from parents and students with patience and clarity.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and enrolment status in the CRM/tracker.
• Coordinate with the academic/operations team for smooth handover post-enrolment.

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Prior experience in counselling, admissions or education sales is an advantage
