The candidate will be responsible for documentation, employee coordination, office records, vendor coordination, inventory, and general administrative support.
Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain and update office records, documents, files, and reports.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate information in MS Excel, ERP, or CRM systems.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other administrative documentation.
Coordinate with employees, departments, vendors, and service providers for administrative requirements.
Handle office stationery, inventory, and other office supplies and maintain proper stock records.
Raise and maintain purchase requests, invoices, bills, and related administrative documents.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, supplies, maintenance, and service requirements.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, calls, and official communication.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports as required.
Support management and HR in scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and completing administrative tasks.
Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility-related activities.
Ensure proper filing and safe maintenance of important company documents.
Follow up with concerned departments and vendors to ensure timely completion of pending tasks.
Assist in organizing company meetings, events, employee activities, and other office requirements.
