Job summary

Cap Talent HR in Chennai is seeking an AR lead / Accounts receivable specialist to oversee end-to-end AR processes in a US shift role. The position requires 5-9 years of AR experience and strong SAP skills across FI/CO and related modules.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including billing, cash applications, collections, and OTC.


• Process customer invoices accurately and timely to ensure smooth financial transactions.


• Identify and resolve discrepancies in AR aging reports to maintain a healthy cash flow.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts receivable management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in End-to-End Accounts Receivable (AR) process with expertise in billing, cash applications, collections, OTC.


• Strong understanding of SAP systems and ability to work on multiple modules such as FI/CO/TM/MM/PS.


• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate processing of customer invoices and payments.


• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
