Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Chennai, with 4-6 years of experience in accounts receivable processes. The role focuses on accurate cash application, AR reconciliation, and detailed reporting.

You will work with ERP systems, support onshore and offshore teams, and ensure timely SOP updates. This position requires attention to accuracy, strong communication, and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in accounts receivable (F&A).
• Proficient in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Order to Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer payments (lockbox, ACH, credit card, manual payments) and apply to AR in ERP.
• Reconcile unapplied cash and short payments; minimize discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank statements with ERP; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle onshore and offshore team queries; resolve disputes and issue accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly client reports and ensure SOPs are updated timely.

Role & responsibilities

• Processes Incoming Customer Payments Lockbox ACH Credit Card payments Manual payments apply Cash accurately to AR in ERP to maintain daily SLAs
• Reconcile minimize Unapplied Cash Short payments
• Reconciliation of recorded payments with ERP Bank Statement
• Research and Resolving discrepancies
• Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
• Resolving Dispute Issue accounts of internal Cash Credit Analysis team
• Preparation of clients reports (Weekly, Monthly) Ensuring the SOPs are updated timely
