• Strong reconciliation and dispute resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer payments (lockbox, ACH, credit card) and apply cash to AR in ERP
• Minimize unapplied cash and short payments; reconcile payments with bank statements
• Reconcile recorded payments with ERP bank statement and resolve discrepancies
• Research and resolve discrepancies; respond to onshore/offshore team queries
• Prepare weekly and monthly client reports; ensure SOPs are up-to-date

Role & responsibilities

• Processes Incoming Customer Payments Lockbox ACH Credit Card payments Manual payments apply Cash accurately to AR in ERP to maintain daily SLAs
• Reconcile minimize Unapplied Cash Short payments
• Reconciliation of recorded payments with ERP Bank Statement
• Research and Resolving discrepancies
• Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
• Resolving Dispute Issue accounts of internal Cash Credit Analysis team
• Preparation of clients reports (Weekly, Monthly) Ensuring the SOPs are updated timely
