Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of O2C / Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA AR, Billing, and Customer Master.
• Experience in customer collections and dispute management.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and aging analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions and follow-ups independently.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Manage customer invoicing and revenue-related transactions.

• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and unapplied receipts.
• Prepare customer statements and collection reports.

• Support internal and external audit requirements related to receivables.

Required skill set:
