Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in F&A AR domain.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Knowledge of AR reconciliation and dispute handling.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and apply to AR in ERP to maintain daily SLAs.
• Reconcile and minimize unapplied cash and short payments.
• Reconciling payments with ERP bank statements and addressing discrepancies.

Role & responsibilities

• Processes Incoming Customer Payments Lockbox ACH Credit Card payments Manual payments apply Cash accurately to AR in ERP to maintain daily SLAs
• Reconcile minimize Unapplied Cash Short payments
• Reconciliation of recorded payments with ERP Bank Statement
• Research and Resolving discrepancies
• Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
• Resolving Dispute Issue accounts of internal Cash Credit Analysis team
• Preparation of clients reports (Weekly, Monthly) Ensuring the SOPs are updated timely
