Tekskills Inc. in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to process payments, post to AR, and ensure daily SLAs are met in the ERP system.

You will reconcile unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies, research issues, and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to resolve disputes; prepare weekly and monthly client reports; maintain updated SOPs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in F&A/Accounts Receivable.
• Solid understanding of AR processes and cash application.

Responsabilités

• Processes incoming customer payments and posts to AR to meet daily SLAs.
• Reconciles unapplied cash and short payments; reconciles payments with ERP Bank Statement.
• Researches and resolves discrepancies; handles onshore and offshore team queries.
• Prepares client reports on a weekly/monthly basis and ensures SOPs are updated.

Role & responsibilities

• Processes Incoming Customer Payments Lockbox ACH Credit Card payments Manual payments apply Cash accurately to AR in ERP to maintain daily SLAs
• Reconcile minimize Unapplied Cash Short payments
• Reconciliation of recorded payments with ERP Bank Statement
• Research and Resolving discrepancies
• Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
• Resolving Dispute Issue accounts of internal Cash Credit Analysis team
• Preparation of clients reports (Weekly, Monthly) Ensuring the SOPs are updated timely
