Job summary

Phenom in Uttar Pradesh, Dadri seeks an Accounts Controller to lead the Finance & Controllership function, including financial reporting, consolidation, MIS, audit, compliance, internal controls, and ERP governance. POSITION DETAILS

ROLE

Responsible for leading the Finance & Controllership function including Financial Reporting, Consolidation, MIS, Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Budgeting and ERP Governance. The incumbent will ensure accurate financial statements, timely management reporting, strong governance practices, financial compliance across the organization, and should have experience in dealing with government licensors.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Semi Qualified/CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

08-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Controllership functions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG and Infrastructure or Project-based organizations. Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting environment will be preferred.
