Job summary

Phenom is seeking a senior finance leader to helm the Finance & Controllership function, including financial reporting, consolidation, MIS, audit, compliance, and ERP governance. The incumbent will ensure accurate financial statements, timely management reporting, strong governance, and regulatory compliance across the organization, with exposure to government licensors.

Ideal candidate; CA/CPA with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience in finance, preferably from EPC, Power, Oil & Gas,

Qualifications

• Semi Qualified/CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory.
• 8-12 years post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit and Controllership.
• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG or Infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and group reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete Financial Controllership including accounting, month-end close and reporting.
• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements per Ind AS/IFRS.
• Manage group consolidation and intercompany eliminations.

Position Details

Role

Responsible for leading the Finance & Controllership function including Financial Reporting, Consolidation, MIS, Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Budgeting and ERP Governance. The incumbent will ensure accurate financial statements, timely management reporting, strong governance practices, financial compliance across the organization, and should have experience in dealing with government licensors.

Duties &

Responsibilities

• Lead complete Financial Controllership function including Accounting, Month-end Closing, Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare and review Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS/IFRS requirements.
• Manage Group Consolidation and reporting for multiple entities/SPVs, including intercompany transactions and eliminations.

Minimum

Experience Requirements

08-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Controllership functions.

Preferred

Experience Requirements

Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG and Infrastructure or Project-based organizations. Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting environment will be preferred.
