Job summary

JAKSON Group is seeking a Senior Finance professional to lead the Finance & Controllership functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, governance, and compliance across the organization.

The incumbent will oversee month-end closing, consolidation, MIS reporting and audit management, with SAP and Ind AS/IFRS expertise essential for multi-entity group reporting.

Qualifications

• CA/CAs with post-qualification experience 8–12 years.
• Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting preferred.
• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG or Infra projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete Financial Controllership: accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS/IFRS.
• Manage group consolidation and intercompany transactions across entities.

ROLE

Responsible for leading the Finance & Controllership function including Financial Reporting, Consolidation, MIS, Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Budgeting and ERP Governance. The incumbent will ensure accurate financial statements, timely management reporting, strong governance practices, financial compliance across the organization, and should have experience in dealing with government licensors.

DUTIES

• Lead complete Financial Controllership function including Accounting, Month-end Closing, Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare and review Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS/IFRS requirements.
• Manage Group Consolidation and reporting for multiple entities/SPVs, including intercompany transactions and eliminations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Semi Qualified/CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory

Experience

08-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Controllership functions.

Preferred: Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG and Infrastructure or Project-based organizations. Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting environment will be preferred.
