Tenon Group in Gurugram, Haryana, India seeks a Finance Controller to manage all accounting and financial functions, ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. The role partners with business teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have CA/CPA/CMA qualifications, strong IFRS/Ind-AS expertise, and hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. ERP proficiency with Dynamics 365 and Tally is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CMA qualified (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Ind-AS/IFRS and taxation.
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with statutory and internal requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision‑making.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury operations.
• Liasioning & Preparation of data for CA certificate for funding.
• Getting Income Tax Audit closed annually including prepration of data for Form 3CD.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory filings (TDS,GST,PF and ESI Challan).
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize company liquidity.
• Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support business restructuring, expansion, and cost optimization initiatives.
