Job summary

JAKSON Group is seeking to appoint a senior Finance & Accounts leader to head the Controllership function, ensuring accurate reporting, governance and statutory compliance. The role focuses on financial statement preparation, consolidation, MIS, and ERP governance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, with exposure to EPC, Power, Oil & Gas or infrastructure sectors, and strong SAP expertise.

• Qualified CA with post-qualification experience in Finance and Controllership.
• Experience in leading financial reporting under Ind AS/IFRS.

• Lead complete Financial Controllership including Accounting, Month-end Closing, Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare and review Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS/IFRS.

Experience Requirements

Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG and Infrastructure or Project-based organizations. Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting environment will be preferred.
