Job summary

JAKSON Group is seeking a Sr Manager/Deputy General Manager to lead the Finance & Controllership function. You will oversee accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, consolidation and ERP governance with a strong emphasis on governance and compliance.

The role requires CA qualification with 8–12 years post-qualification experience, exposure to Ind AS/IFRS, SAP and multi-entity reporting across EPC, Oil & Gas, Power or Infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA mandatory with 8–12 years post-qualification experience in finance.
• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, Energy or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Financial Controllership function including accounting, month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS/IFRS.
• Manage group consolidation and reporting for multiple entities including intercompany eliminations.

MINIMUM

08-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Controllership functions.

Preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, EV, Energy, CBG and Infrastructure or Project-based organizations. Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and group reporting environment will be preferred.
