Job summary

Associated Tax & Accounts is seeking an Account Manager to ensure customer success by identifying needs and coordinating with internal teams. You will build strong relationships with clients, communicate effectively, and travel as required to visit customers.

You will work cross-functionally to understand customer pain points, propose solutions, and help drive growth on our platform. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities
