Job summary

Brandwidth Events in Mumbai seeks a senior resource primarily to service clients and develop new business opportunities. You will manage client relationships, understand briefs, and shape event design to meet objectives.

You will oversee all project budgets, serve as the main client contact from kickoff to execution, and coordinate operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing clients and acquiring new clients.
• Ideate based on the client's brief on how the event can be best designed to meet the client's objective.
• Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
• Be the point of contact to the client at any level in the event management process from the initial meeting to the execution of the event.
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
