The Role

In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students and other stakeholders.
• Achieving monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.
• Collecting course feedback from students and passing on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of department.
• Making faculty contracts and preparing invoices of billing.
• Taking end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensuring that their queries are resolved immediately.
• Working with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo the program smoothly.
