Accredian is seeking an Admission Counselor to drive conversions for professional upskilling programs. In this role, you will use your sales expertise to meet targets, nurture leads, and work with a dynamic team to enhance career opportunities for professionals. What will you do:

In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:

• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls
• Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings
• 1+ years of experience in inside sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in using a CRM and sales tools
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
