Job summary

Accredian in India is seeking a capable professional to join the academic operations team. You will manage batch calendars, coordinate with faculty, and ensure a high-quality student experience.

You will drive revenue through upselling and referrals, collect and relay student feedback, and work with marketing to ensure smooth program enrollment.

The role requires strong English, the ability to multi-task, and at least one year in education-related roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan batch calendars for courses and faculty, and share with students and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals.
• Collect course feedback and relay to faculty/head of department.
• Create faculty contracts and prepare billing invoices.
• Own the student experience and resolve queries promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to smooth program enrollment.

The Role

In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of the company.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.
• Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of department.
• Make faculty contracts, prepare invoices of billing
• Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that their queries are resolved immediately
• Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo the program smoothly

What all you need?

• Strong communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English
• Passion for education is a must.
• Should have demonstrated the ability to multi-task and should be able to work with great speed
• Should have demonstrated experience of handling complex problems
• Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries

CTC:

3.5- 4.5 LPA fixed.
