What You’ll Do

• Counsel and guide working professionals on our courses through calls & consultations
• Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programs
• Drive enrollments by following structured sales & follow-up processes
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets while building long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate records of leads & progress in the CRM

What We’re Looking For

• Immediate joiners – ready to start now!
• Based in Delhi NCR (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (International Call Centre/Inside Sales/EdTech preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong persuasion, negotiation & target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of EdTech/Executive Education is a plus

Job Details

• Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 5 Days Working | Rotational Week-offs
