Job summary

Gold's Gym Fitness Institute in Pune seeks an Academic Counselor to drive sales of certificate courses, including fitness, personal training, and group fitness certifications. You will identify leads, convert prospects, and build lasting relationships with prospective students.

You will also provide excellent customer service, perform needs analysis to recommend suitable certificates, and collaborate with the institute to report sales performance and strategize growth.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in sales, marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in education or fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales skills to negotiate and close deals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at Gold's Gym Fitness Institute. As a Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications.

Responsibilities;

I- Sales and Revenue Growth:

• 1. Certificate Course Sales: Convert new sales leads, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• 3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.

1. Customer Service:

• 1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services.
• 2. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• 3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

III- Sales Administration and Reporting:

• 1. Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
• 2. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements;

• 1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.
