Job summary

Gold's Gym Fitness Institute is seeking an Academic Counselor to drive certificate course sales, including fitness, personal training, and group fitness certifications, with a focus on converting leads and meeting targets.

You will provide customer service, analyze needs, build relationships, and handle sales administration and reporting, contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced education/fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in education or fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Familiarity with fitness industry and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Convert new sales leads and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, including promotions and discounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries.
• Conduct needs analysis to match courses to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Manage data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
• Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at Gold's Gym Fitness Institute. As a Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications.

Responsibilities;

I- Sales and Revenue Growth:

• 1. Certificate Course Sales: Convert new sales leads, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• 3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.

1. Customer Service:

• 1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services.
• 2. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• 3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

III- Sales Administration and Reporting:

• 1. Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
• 2. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements;

• 1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.
• 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• 4. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• 5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness.
