Job summary

FitClub is hiring a Sales Executive from the fitness industry to drive gym memberships and revenue growth. You will handle walk-in inquiries, leads, and follow-ups, and explain FitClub services to prospective clients.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and comfort with cold calling. You will convert leads into members, achieve monthly targets, and coordinate with trainers for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness/gym.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management is a plus.
