Job summary

Toprankers Edtech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Academic Counsellor to manage walk-in and online student inquiries, counsel students and parents, and drive admissions through calls and various channels.

The role requires at least 1 year of counselling or admissions experience, strong communication, CRM familiarity, and comfort with cold calling; face-to-face counselling preferred; you will maintain CRM lead data and meet admission targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling/admissions or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in face-to-face counselling is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling online leads.
• Target-oriented with a strong ability to convert leads.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

About The Role
