Job summary

Keka Inc. in Thane, India, is seeking an Academic Counsellor to manage both offline and online student inquiries at our center.

You will counsel walk-in students and parents, convert inquiries into admissions, and follow up on online leads to drive enrollments. This role requires strong communication, CRM familiarity, and a target-driven mindset, with a preference for those experienced in face-to-face counselling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling/admissions or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in face-to-face counselling is highly preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling online leads
• Target-oriented with a strong ability to convert leads
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
