Job summary

Sj Recruiters Lens is seeking an Academic Counsellor in Pune to counsel students, understand goals, and guide them to suitable courses. You will manage lead conversion, track admissions, and contribute to revenue targets while maintaining strong CRM practices.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in academic counselling or EdTech, with a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), excellent communication, and a proactive, client-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Masters preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, EdTech, or education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and convert leads into admissions.
