Keka Inc. India is seeking an Academic Counsellor to manage both walk-in inquiries at the center and online enquiries, guiding students and parents through courses, programs, and career paths.

You will convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling, maintain CRM lead data, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes, while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling/admissions or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in face-to-face counselling is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling online leads.
• Target-oriented with a strong ability to convert leads.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working, 1 weekday off)

About the Role:
