Career Bhavan is seeking Academic Counsellors to join the Sales & Admissions team. Counsel prospective students and parents, understand goals, and recommend suitable programs to convert enquiries into admissions.

The ideal candidate has good communication, a target-oriented approach, and some experience in academic counselling, educational sales, customer support, or telecalling. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1+ year experience in academic counselling, educational sales, ed-tech, customer support or telecalling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle leads and work towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, online interactions, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand student profiles and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads throughout the admission journey.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions and work towards monthly targets.
• Handle queries on programs, fees, eligibility, duration, and career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Re-engage inactive leads through consistent follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales and admission reports.
