Job summary

Toprankers Edtech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an proactive Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents at our Ernakulam centre. You will handle walk-in inquiries, engage online leads, and drive admissions through expert counselling and relationship building.

You will maintain CRM data, coordinate with internal teams, and meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets. A background in face-to-face counselling and strong communication skills is essential for success in our

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in face-to-face counselling is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling online leads.
• Graduate in any discipline (English literature preferred).

Responsibilities

• Counsel walk-in students and parents at the centre regarding courses, programs, and career paths
• Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building
• Handle online leads through calls, follow-ups, and cold calling
• Guide prospective students and address their queries to drive conversions
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure closure
• Update and manage lead data in CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes

Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working, 1 weekday off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Academic Counsellor who will manage both walk-in (offline) and online student inquiries. The role involves counselling students and parents visiting the centre, as well as handling leads via calls and other channels to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in students and parents at the centre regarding courses, programs, and career paths
• Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building
• Handle online leads through calls, follow-ups, and cold calling
