The role requires maintaining CRM records, meeting calling and admission targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education or management preferred.
• 1–3 years in academic counselling, telesales, or admissions; freshers with strong communication welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication; English plus regional language preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with calling targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
