1. Fresher – 1 Year

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales and student counselling.

2. Experienced – 3 to 5 Years

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
• Experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech Sales / Education Sales.
• Preference for candidates from the Degree Vertical (Online/Distance Education).
• Strong admission conversion and target achievement record.
