A leading facilities management company in Dublin seeks a proactive Facilities, Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years' experience in facilities coordination, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in facilities, fleet, or operations coordination.
- Experience managing contractors and internal teams.
- Knowledge of building compliance and maintenance routines.
- Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and building compliance across HQ sites.
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, including key systems and equipment.
- Manage company fleet, ensuring servicing, repairs, and compliance are maintained.
- Supervise warehouse operations, equipment management, and inventory control.
- Procure and distribute workwear and PPE, maintaining supplier relationships.
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers, monitoring performance and compliance.
- Support front‑of‑house operations and act as the first point of contact for facilities‑related issues.
