A prominent healthcare provider in Ireland is seeking a Home Care Supervisor to lead and support their healthcare team, ensuring high standards of service delivery. This permanent position offers a 40-hour work week, with the requirement for rotational weekends. Applicants should have a QQI Level 6 qualification and strong communication skills, alongside a full clean driving license. Excellent opportunities for career progression are provided.

Our established Homecare Client is seeking applications for the role of Home Care Supervisor. Our client’s healthcare team is focused on assisting their clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes. Together with the Homecare Manager, this important role will include leading, supporting and developing the healthcare team to ensure service is provided to a high standard.
This is a permanent position, working 40 Hours weekly and will include rotational working weekends.

- Relevant health or social care background.
- Full QQI Level 6 Major award in Healthcare Support, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and have an empathic approach to people.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
