Perform Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Roofers for ongoing roles with one of our clients, a well-known building company operating across Dublin. With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial roofing projects, we are looking to hire multiple roofers to join the team immediately.

This role is ideal for tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship and want to be part of a reliable and consistent crew.

• Complete roofing tasks including tiling, slating, torch-on, and flat roofing
• Work safely and efficiently on both new builds and roof renovations
• Operate tools and equipment required for roofing tasks
• Ensure high-quality finishes on all jobs
• Collaborate with site foremen and follow project timelines

• Solid experience in roofing, ideally 2+ years
• Strong technical skills and understanding of roofing materials and techniques
• Familiarity with Irish construction standards and health & safety protocols
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications are essential
• Own tools and transport are beneficial but not mandatory
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering top-quality work
