Our client is a well-established Construction Contractor who is currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This role will suit a candidate with 5–10 years’ experience and will be based across projects in Dublin/ Meath.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics (Required)
  • 5–10 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
  • Proven experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Experience preparing and negotiating subcontractor packages
  • Ability to manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Excellent contractual knowledge
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a senior project team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and commercial software packages

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Some flexibility required, as working hours may vary to meet project deadlines

Salary: Competitive – DOE (Depending on Experience)
