Here at Royal London Ireland, we are seeking to hire a Case Manager. You will offer excellent service which will promote Royal London Ireland as their provider of choice for protection products and ensure that the relationship they have with Royal London Ireland is developed and strengthened. You will support our brokers and Sales team by making regular, proactive contact to a panel of brokers to ensure they have accurate and up to date information with all requests actioned in a timely fashion.
The team’s primary function is to provide excellent, efficient, and professional service to our brokers. Alongside that is development of strong broker relationships to complement the work of our Broker Consultants and engender a level of trust that highlights the service we offer
