Barden are delighted to assist our client, a Renewables organisation, who are looking for a Qualified Accountant with 2-5 years PQE, to join their Finance team as Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

The role offers flexible hybrid working (2 days a week in office) and a blend of financial reporting, commercial activities and people management.

This role will be sitting in the Wicklow office, with flexible hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).

• Supervising the month end accounting and management reporting process for a renewables portfolio;
• Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and appraisals on new projects and capital expenditure;
• Finance Business Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans, forecasts and budgets;
• People management, with 1 direct report;
• Liaising with external auditors;
• Assisting in ad hoc support and analysis.

• Qualified accounting professional with 2-5 years PQE;
• Ability to project manage effectively, in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communicator, highly organised and ability to multi-task;
• Ability to problem-solve;
• Excellent MS office skills, particularly Excel.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to step up into a Finance Manager role, which offers both reporting and commercial activities, in the Renewables industry.
