What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of commercial insurance claims.
  • Register and maintain accurate claim records, review policies, medical records, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with underwriters, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to clients on claim progress.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet client needs and maintain compliance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
